Reverend Julia Kaleem was born in Vero Beach, Florida. She graduated from Carver High School in Montgomery, Alabama. Later, she joined the Job Corps, located in Guthrie, Oklahoma, and decided to join the U.S. Army, in 1975, as a Telecommunication Specialist, working for the Military Intelligence Agency in Primasen, Germany.​
Julia received her call into ministry in 1978, and was ordained, in 1982 under her former pastor, the late Pastor Georgianna Smith, Grace Tabernacle Church, in Fort Campbell, Kentucky. Later, Rev. Kaleem was ordained under the leadership of Pastor Willie Dunn, Jr., at that time a Baptist Pastor, now, Bishop, presiding prelate, of The World-Wide Gospel Church, Inc., located in Salt Lake City, Utah. Julia obtain knowledge at various colleges, to include Austin Peay State University, where she majored in Business Administration/Children’s Education, and later attended Strayer University, in Alexandria, Virginia, where she changed her major to Business Acquisition.
Rev. Kaleem has traveled all over the world, as a young girl.  Just to mention a few includes Germany, Italy, Switzerland, California, New Orleans, Kansas, Missouri, Ohio, Delaware, Georgia, Kentucky, Tennessee, Texas, Salt Lake City Utah, Alabama, Mississippi, Virginia, and etc, preaching, teaching, and even officiated her 1st wedding in Virginia. She has also obtained great knowledge in diversities of denominations as well. Julia has a love for all, especially the youth and elderly, on whom she leaves an impact that will not be forgotten. Not only has she published three books, her poems, entitled "Are We Really Different and "The Sketches Of My Soul" and "Beyond the Horizon, was published in the National Library of Poetry’s.  Lastly, she believes if you would just “PAINT”, (Pray And Ignore Negative Thoughts), as she has written in her first book, you can succeed, and while succeeding, give yourselves a BIG HUG and SMILE.
